Pinnacle by Click Hotels Lucknow

This is a decent place to stay. However don't book room 3003 as it is windowless and is directly below the kitchen so you will be rudely awakened at 5 am with all kinds of crashing and banging sounds. The staff is sweet and very courteous but not very well trained in the area of hospitality.

We hosted our wedding at The Pinnacle and it was an incredible experience. The staff was incredibly cooperative, especially Mr. Ajeet who was available instantly for any requests. The food was outstanding and loved by all our guests. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great stay. Highly recommend for a seamless wedding experience.

Took a day's stay at this hotel on 25th Feb., 2026.Turned out to be the most horrible option chosen. Checked in to this hotel around 2.30 PM and immediately left for sight seeing. On return at around 8.30, realized that the room given to me was stinking full of puke / vomit. On multiple requests to the front desk for a change of room, I was just advised that they are full and cannot provide me with any other room. Change of room would be possible only at 10.30 PM. Apparently, they did not even bother to fix the issue. Front desk guys wanted me to talk to their manager who was had already completed his duty hours.After long try and chasing, manager had their staff place a diffuser in our room.Since, we had kids along, decided not to change the room and stayed put in the room and got out asap in the morning.Overall cleanliness in the property is a problem.Even a small request made to the housekeeping staff had him react as if his kidneys were asked for. Never staying in Click and related group property going forward.Property is far from major tourist spots + shopping markets.Had breakfast at the hotel which had a decent spread and acceptable quality and taste.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and the experience was absolutely wonderful.. The hotel ambience was beautiful and very clean. The staff was polite, friendly, and extremely cooperative..they took care of every small detail and made our special day truly memorable. The decoration, food, and service were all top-class. Our family is very happy and grateful to the entire team specially Prayank Singh ji(General Manager and Ajit Srivastava ji(FNB Manager)for arranging such a lovely celebration. The two stars is also way too much. The room had mice in the AC wents and cockroaches. Towels looked blackened like they are never washed properly. 5k tariff for such pathetic conditions is grossly overpaying. The staff would enter the room in my absence to clean despite intructing otherwise. The breakfast buffet was good but apart from that I was thoroughly disappointed. The guard never gets up to even open the doors despite guests having luggage. Its like a guest house. Max worthy of 1500-2000 per night. Not more than that
