Bad experience! I book this hotel in Jaipur for 3 nights, arrive after 5-hour train, and they say no international tourists allowed – not mentioned in booking. Staff rude and not helpful, left me at 1 AM with no place to stay. Had to find another hotel at higher price. I say don't book this hotel if you are international traveller! I complain to booking.com!!

I booked a deluxe room but got a small one instead, not suitable for me. I told them online that I didn't get the room I wanted, and I ended up paying extra for a bad room, Rs 600 for the booking. This experience is not good after spending extra money.
