Be cautious before reserving this hotel!! I booked a Deluxe Room via IXIGO on May 25. When I arrived on May 30, the hotel said they had no record of my booking and refused to give me a room. I had to pay more and find another place to stay. To add insult to injury, the hotel told IXIGO the next day that I never arrived, using that to refuse my refund. Their conduct was very unprofessional, careless, and deceptive. Stay away if you care about your time, money, and peace of mind.

Terrible experience. Don't trust the photos. The hotel is located inside a market area, so cabs refuse to come there. The rooms are mediocre and the bathrooms are filthy, with paan stains on the walls and badly stained toilets that they refuse to clean even when asked. The bed sheets and quilts are dirty, though they claim they are clean and washed. The place is suffocating with no ventilation and no lift. Electricity was mostly out, so no AC even in 45-degree heat. When checking out, they said, "If there's no electricity, how can the AC run?" I requested ice for my insulin medication, but they said I had to pay first before they would bring it. They charge a lot for small ice cubes. Despite being called FabHotel, this place is below average and highly unhygienic. There are better options within the same budget.

A nice hotel in Prayagraj.

Service was really bad and they made a lot of noise even though they knew we were staying there. We began working and they kept making noise for nearly 5 hours, assuming we had no issues with it without asking if it was okay. Because of this, we couldn't sleep in our room.
