Disappointing Dirty Stay

The experience was quite poor as the hotel was undergoing renovation, making the stay uncomfortable. The room was dark and had a bad odor, with many cockroaches found under and inside the bed and room. Room service was unsatisfactory, the washrooms lacked ventilation, and the toilet seat was broken and not properly fixed. The room was overpriced for what was offered. Additionally, there were issues reaching the relevant organization, and I had to pay extra due to miscommunication between the hotel and its organization. Overall, it is not a good place to stay.
