We booked this resort just a night before and boy did it turn the best decision of the trip EVERR!! We were travelling with our year old son and he thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the warmth of its staff towards him. The resort is very well maintained and located on a lakeside from where you can go for backwater boating/kayaking. The views and the greenery from and in the resort are exceptional. The rooms are made in a traditional kerala style home format which I loved the most. They are very spacious and have amazing lake views. Despite of the greenery we didn’t face a problem of insects/mosquitoes on the property which was very unusual but appreciated. It is a very baby friendly resort as they have a swing, high chair and cot available in the restaurant where you can feed your baby and put him to sleep while enjoying your own meal. The food was also very delicious and homely just the way we like it. The chef was super helpful in preparing food for the baby and the catering staff were also very warm and polite. I loved my stay here and the only con was that we didn’t discover this place sooner on our trip so that we could have stayed more than 1 day.
I feel the same way property was just perfect in all ways . Prices were reasonable and quality was very good. It’s much better than big brands like Taj as nowadays they are overcharging and looting. Budget friendly
Staff very courteous, attentive. Food is good, except it takes little time after placing order. Ambience very nice. It would be better if they change the room locking system from traditional lock & key to the Card system, which automatically switches On/ Off the electricity & locks/ opens the door too. A nice place to relax & chill with family & friends.
