My stay at Prashanthi Hotel was disappointing throughout. The service did not meet expectations, and the general attitude toward guests was even more disheartening. Hospitality should involve making guests feel appreciated and respected, but that was entirely absent during my visit. I truly hope the management pays attention to customer feedback, as this is not the experience one would anticipate from a well-known place.
