Gram’s at Shivom, Pawna Lake by StayVista is a tranquil and picturesque place ideal for couples, families, and small groups seeking a restful retreat. Nestled among lovely hills with breathtaking views of Pawna Lake, it is particularly popular during the monsoon season. Visitors frequently commend the tidy rooms, well-kept premises, welcoming staff, and cozy ambiance. The swimming pool, outdoor seating, and tasty meals are also highly praised by numerous guests.

I stayed at Grams Villa on August 1st, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. The location was very hard to reach, with dangerous roads and no clear directions or help. When we got there, no staff or caretaker was present to welcome us, and the check-in was chaotic. The mobile network was almost nonexistent at the property. We asked to use the staff's phone for an emergency call, but they refused. We also requested the Wi-Fi, only to learn it hadn't worked for a month. Even when we asked for a mobile hotspot for emergencies, they said no. The pictures on the booking site were misleading and didn't reflect the real state of the villa. There was no electricity for about 7 to 8 hours, and the staff showed no concern or effort to assist us during that time. We ordered dinner, which arrived after more than an hour, and the food quality was very poor and below what we expected. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend Grams Villa unless they make major improvements to their facilities, service, and provide truthful information and photos on booking sites.

I stayed at this place yesterday to celebrate my friend's birthday, and honestly, it was very disappointing. It was nothing like I had hoped for. There was no Wi-Fi or mobile network throughout our stay, leaving us completely disconnected. We later learned from other guests that the Wi-Fi had been down for several days, but no one told us before we arrived. If we had known, we would have reconsidered our booking. When we brought up the issue, the staff basically said, "We can't do anything. Please stay in your room," which was unacceptable. Basic amenities were missing too. The water supply was cut off for hours, and there was a power outage in the middle of the night. No staff were available to assist, and there was no landline phone in the room to call for help. The service was terrible; it seemed like no one cared or took responsibility. Even the swimming pool had no lights at night, so it couldn't be used. I didn't expect this from StayVista given their reputation. At minimum, guests should have access to essentials like reliable water, clean utensils, tissue paper, and proper customer support. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I expected much more from StayVista.
