Good location, maintained as per Orchid standard but room size is smaller and no windows for fresh air.

I did not like the stay charges at all. I asked to extend my stay for a few hours, but the hotel charged me half-day rent and said they only allow a 6-hour extension. This is not customer-friendly and feels like overcharging. They should have more flexible hourly options or clearly information.

A huge mess in the managemnet of this property specially reception Lady dusgusted me. I asked to extend the stay from checkout time till 6 or 7.They charged half day price and told to check out 6 pm we requested till 7 but the lady at reception denied. I booked our stay from Clear trip where it was clearly mentioned that Early check in and late check outs are avialble. I arrived at 7 pm though ny check starts from 2 pm onwards so I urged for late check outs. Also, if there is booking of an another guest why does she has to even extend the stay at payment. It is scimpletley vogus and scam to cheat people fooling them with half day payment and check out as per their convenience as I had to check out 4 to 5 hrs early than exact check out.

We had a very good. Experience at the hotel. We were there for 2 nights 3 days there. Rooms were very neat and clean. The staff was excellent especially Akshay the restaurant manager made sure suggests us the best food for our family and very good hospitality. Chakraveer Singh the executive Chef kept asking n asking for feedback and also executed what was told. Athrila the girl. In the restaurant very very kind and polite and good hospitality. Omkar Sindhe who helped in the booking from the receiption was good too. Definitely a must visit and visit again place.

We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at The Orchid, Lonavala, and the service exceeded our expectations. The property offers excellent facilities, well-appointed rooms, and outstanding culinary options. The staff was dedicated, helpful, and handled every detail with patience and professionalism ’ right from the start of the event planning to the final execution.Our guests loved the food, rooms, and hospitality, and we are deeply appreciative of the seamless coordination provided throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Mr. Dhote, Mr. Rajat, Ms Shreya, Mr. Goutam, Mr. Buddhi and all other team members for ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all our guests.We highly recommend this hotel for weddings or any special celebrations.
