The overall experience was very disappointing, especially considering that I paid around 11,000 for just one night.The room lacked basic hygiene and cleanliness. The bedsheet was clearly not clean or freshly washed, with visible oil stains on it. The dustbin was broken, and there was no handwash provided in the bathroom—only a soap bar.The dinner service was also extremely slow. My order arrived almost an hour late, and unfortunately, the quality of the food was not good either.For 11,000 a night, I expected much better hygiene, service, and overall quality. The stay was definitely not worth the price. There are plenty of better hotels available in the same price range, and I would prefer staying at those properties in the future.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially at this price point.
