The house was really good, spacious and well maintained but the overall experience of owner was not at all good. My queries were counter questioned and she was almost rude in replying. Her phone was mostly not reachable, wifi had initial issues however was fixed later, delivery options were there but most of the delivery guys and cab drivers were not able to find the location, I asked for all out which was empty but not given or forgotten whatever you say and I purchased my own then, unnecessary things were quoted during checkout that my kids have thrown cold drinks on her drawing room wall which was really bad to hear. Which hotel or homestay changes bath towels after third day??? I understand the difference between hotel and homestay being myself a hotel and hospitality management professional and no less amount was taken. The conversations we had initially while checking in was not welcoming. Even I know I didn't go to a sabzi mandi as talked by the owner. Little things matter a lot. However Neeraj ji was a great polite person and that actually compensated well. Home was really fabulous but we must know what and what not to say to the guests.
Excellent location with spotless, lovely rooms and complete privacy. The owner is very accommodating, and there is plenty of greenery. We had a wonderful stay.
