’We stayed at the Heiwa Heaven Resort for the Mrs. Rajasthan pageant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. A special thanks to the Manager, Mr. Ravindra, who made sure that everything was perfect for us. Thanks to his incredible leadership, we never felt a single shortcoming during our entire stay.’The entire staff was courteous, the management was flawless, and the service and hospitality were top-notch. To top it all off, the food was incredibly delicious! Thank you, Heiwa Heaven team, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Anniversary Celebration! We visited Heiwa Heaven Resort for a full-day family outing to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience. Since we are pure vegetarians, we were delighted by the excellent food quality and variety. The staff was incredibly courteous and made our day extra special. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of fun activities to keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the day. Highly recommended for a refreshing family getaway near Jaipur!

Our stay at Heiwa Heaven was truly wonderful. The hotel takes great care of every detail’be it cleanliness, food quality, or overall comfort. The food was excellent with no compromise on quality at all.The service is top-notch, and the best part is the staff’both ladies and gentlemen are ’’’’ polite, attentive, and always ready to listen patiently. Overall, the experience was absolutely ’’’’’’ (fantastic).I would also like to share a couple of suggestions:1.Kindly look into some solution regarding the pigeon issue.2.The property is so beautiful’with greenery, trees, and flowers’but this is not reflected enough on your Instagram and social media. I suggest posting more real and aesthetic content so more people can discover such a lovely place.Wishing you continued succes

I recently stayed at Heiwa Heaven for 2 nights and 3 days. My experience was a mix of excellent hospitality and some significant operational disappointments. The Pros:Excellent Service & Staff: The staff members are very polite and professional. The room service was prompt and well-handled.Delicious Food: The food was easily the highlight of the stay. Everything we ordered was amazing and had great taste. Don't miss there awesome breakfast :)Rooms: The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.The Cons:Pool Hygiene & Responsiveness: This was the biggest disappointment. The swimming pool near the rooms and kitchen was dirty throughout our stay. Despite highlighting this to the reception multiple times, no action was taken. Even at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, the pool remained uncleaned. For a 3-day stay, having an unusable pool is unacceptable.Activity Area Management: We visited the indoor/outdoor games area and the second pool on March 3rd, but there was no staff available to assist with locker keys or changing room guidance.Restrictive Timings: The game zone and pool close at 7:00 PM and don't open until 10:00 AM. For staycation guests, this is very inconvenient. During the summer heat, you can’t use these facilities in the afternoon, and since they close so early, there is nothing to do in the evening.Suggestions for Improvement:The resort has a large hall on the 2nd floor that is currently underutilized. I strongly suggest converting this into an indoor game zone or a library. Having an indoor activity area within the main stay building that is accessible in the evening or night would significantly improve the guest experience.Verdict: Go for the food and the polite staff, but don't expect much from the recreational facilities until they fix the maintenance and timing issues.
