Heiwa Heaven Resort

I recently stayed at Heiwa Heaven for 2 nights and 3 days. My experience was a mix of excellent hospitality and some significant operational disappointments.The Pros:Excellent Service & Staff: The staff members are very polite and professional. The room service was prompt and well-handled.Delicious Food: The food was easily the highlight of the stay. Everything we ordered was amazing and had great taste. Don't miss there awesome breakfast :)Rooms: The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.The Cons:Pool Hygiene & Responsiveness: This was the biggest disappointment. The swimming pool near the rooms and kitchen was dirty throughout our stay. Despite highlighting this to the reception multiple times, no action was taken. Even at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, the pool remained uncleaned. For a 3-day stay, having an unusable pool is unacceptable.Activity Area Management: We visited the indoor/outdoor games area and the second pool on March 3rd, but there was no staff available to assist with locker keys or changing room guidance.Restrictive Timings: The game zone and pool close at 7:00 PM and don't open until 10:00 AM. For staycation guests, this is very inconvenient. During the summer heat, you can’t use these facilities in the afternoon, and since they close so early, there is nothing to do in the evening.Suggestions for Improvement:The resort has a large hall on the 2nd floor that is currently underutilized. I strongly suggest converting this into an indoor game zone or a library. Having an indoor activity area within the main stay building that is accessible in the evening or night would significantly improve the guest experience.Verdict: Go for the food and the polite staff, but don't expect much from the recreational facilities until they fix the maintenance and timing issues.

I recently visited for a staycation. It was a very pleasant experience. Everything from location to food to service is of top notch quality. And yes, how can I forget the hospitality of staff, it was amazing. I have never met such well mannered and soft spoken staff.

Indulge yourself in the royal extravagance of Jaipur in this beautiful property surrounded by Aravali Hills.They offer lot of indoor, outdoor games & adventure activities. The resort has lush green well-kept garden area which is great as picnic area. The property is disability friendly with wheelchair accessible ramps and specially designed bathrooms. I really like the place and their food quality is excellent, and it tastes great. Hotels's hospitality is on top of. I do really like the staf and their quick services, this resort gives you the taste of luxury.Overall my experience with them has been great .

The property is very nice, although it is located a bit outside the city. However, for those who love nature and prefer a peaceful, quiet environment, this place is truly perfect. Surrounded by natural beauty, it offers a calm and refreshing stay. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone looking to relax away from the city
