Room or not proper clean I will book the room triple room then this room are not proper clean toilet are not properly and hotel staff is provide another room but this room very small only two bed and one extra bread only

Close to a slum area. Pipe installation is currently underway.

The hotel is located next to beer bar. All the drunken people are smoking just outside the hotel entry. There is no parking for car. When we entered the room was stinking badly. We asked refund then the changed the room. AC we not working in the second room. Then they changed on e more time. At night @1.30 am we experienced bed bug bites and qhen we switch on the light there were so many bed bugs all over the bed and side table walls etc. we packed the bags and letf at 2.00 am All the money has been wasted. Hotel staff was rude and he don't even bother as my wife was cancer patient and we came for Dr appointment in the hospital next day. All the rooms were empty and Agoda was showing all full. Please do not book the rooms without visiting the hotel. And never consider this hotel for stay.

1. The hotel has no smoking boards everywhere yet since we set our foot in the hotel lobby the entire lobby was smelling like cigarettes.2. The wifi was not working for the whole day, so if you are a corporate employee who is travelling in Thane PLEASE DO NOT book a stay here.3. The rooms had bugs in the bed of which I have uploaded the photos as well. When asked to change the room the staff offer us a change of bedsheet, being considerate that it was around 11-11:30 at night we thought we should not trouble the staff by changing rooms let’s just change the bedsheet, but the bugs where still coming from the gaps in the bed. The bug were biting and it was impossible to sleep so we decided to ask for a change of room. So the offer us another room which had the same issues and also a broken piece of bed for which again I have uploaded the photo of it.4. The staff behaviour was rude when we asked for the change of room later, the staff member opened the room and banged the AC Remote on the table when we asked for extra pillows, as the pillows provided in the room were supporting the broken piece of wall.Overall it was a horrible experience here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this stay for anyone who’s reading there are better option in the area maybe a bit expensive but this place is not worth a single penny.Thank you!
