The morning reception, guy are very rude to us very bad service. The hotel need to be improve. Or the pillow had stain on it and bathrooms door was broken and shower was not working properly not worth for the money
The man around in his late 40s or early 50s spoke rudely insulting me by asking if I am looking to stay with my boyfriend and for how many hours and made faces at me. When I said I have already paid he realised I booked through Agoda and then shut himself up. It is not his concern if the second occupant is my brother or boyfriend or friend! This was enraging!
