Hotel Golden Nest - Thane

Pleasant experience

I stayed in a Deluxe Room at Hotel Golden Nest from July 3rd to 6th, and it was a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against staying here because of their unprofessional management and unfair practices. First, their visitor policy seemed hypocritical and exploitative. They initially denied a male friend from visiting me in my room, citing "women's safety concerns," but once I paid an extra ₹1,122, they allowed the visit. If safety was truly the concern, money shouldn't have influenced their decision. Charging a high fee just to permit a guest in a room I already paid for felt more like extortion than safety. Second, the management was rude and dismissive when I raised these issues, showing a lack of basic hospitality and professionalism, choosing hostility over proper guest service.

My stay at Hotel Golden Nest Thane was fantastic! The multi-cuisine restaurant served tasty meals that fulfilled all my cravings. The service was excellent; the staff were warm and caring, making me feel comfortable. Also, the free breakfast was a wonderful way to begin my day. I'm looking forward to returning!

Bad experience. The food lacked flavor, a cockroach was found in the room, the staff was inadequate, and the service was slow and unsatisfactory. The hotel requires significant upgrades in cleanliness and food quality for better customer service.
