Good location.Main problem is reaching this place by car.Steep very narrow roads and found horrible to claim such roads and offen you should hv problems ending to look for local assistant to drive your car. Fyi ournew car struck and some great Angels helped us to claim and locate the place. For any such booking check approch roads throughly or will land into deep trouble surely

The location is good. The main issue is getting there by car. The roads are steep and very narrow, making it really difficult to drive on them. Often, you might need help from locals to navigate. Our new car got stuck, but luckily some kind people helped us find the place and get through. Before booking, make sure to carefully check the access roads, or you could end up in serious trouble.

Enjoyable visit.. worth coming at least once..

Our stay at Holiday Home Resort turned out to be one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we've ever had. The main problem was that my Apple AirPods went missing. On June 27, before heading out for sightseeing, I left my AirPods behind the pillow in our room. We gave the room keys to housekeeping for cleaning, but when we came back that evening, the AirPods were gone. We told the hotel manager right away, who promised to look into it. The next morning at checkout, we asked the staff again to search the room carefully, but they found nothing. Using Apple's Find My app, I initially saw the last location inside our room, but the AirPods were turned off. After escalating to the General Manager, the AirPods came online briefly, showing the case and earbuds at different spots, some outside the hotel, before going offline again. I have screenshots of this tracking history attached. The way the AirPods disappeared and moved after housekeeping entered raises serious concerns. Despite our repeated requests for investigation, CCTV review, and help, the hotel offered no real assistance. To make things worse, the owner refused any compensation or refund. We were told to submit a written complaint, but no one ever came to collect it despite our follow-ups. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional. The replacement room they gave us was dusty. Beyond this incident, the property was disappointing overall: rooms were old with mould, the geyser leaked, some lights didn't work, paint was peeling from outside walls and stained our clothes, weekday dinner quality and variety were poor compared to the weekend buffet, and even a simple glass of milk took nearly an hour to arrive. The resort is far from the city with very limited transport options, making travel hard without your own vehicle. What should have been a relaxing family holiday became stressful due to the apparent theft and poor hotel response. I hope management properly investigates and improves their service and maintenance so future guests don't have to go through this.

What was meant to be a pleasant family vacation turned into one of the worst due to our experience at this resort. My AirPods went missing from inside my room only after housekeeping had been there. The new generation AirPods show their location, which we tracked and presented as evidence to the administration. Instead of addressing the issue directly with the staff who cleaned the room, within minutes the AirPods' locations changed—the left and right buds and the case were shown in different places (as seen on the tracking). We tried to contact the general manager to speak with the owner, but the owners were unwilling to discuss the matter. We were told a written complaint would be taken, but that never happened. I strongly advise against booking this resort because hospitality, customer experience, and safety seem to be their lowest priorities.
