The room was not clean at all, and the management behaved in an unsatisfactory and unreasonable way. Despite the high price, no free items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or food were offered.

The rooms were dirty, with cigarette butts and ash left inside, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke lingered throughout. The bathrooms were badly kept and not cleaned well, with human waste still visible. The night staff was impolite, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist when asked. Overall, the poor cleanliness and the night staff's attitude resulted in a very unsatisfactory stay.

Never ever stay in this hotel. Very unprofessional staff. Unpleasant experience. Very poor management. They made us wait for 1 hour and still the room was not cleaned and not arranged. The room capacity is of 2 but said over phone that 4 people can stay and they put the extra bed near the bathroom. Pathetic hotel and they are not ready to give big room also. Utter waste of money, time and energy

Avoid staying at this hotel. The management is very poor and the staff are unprofessional. I had a horrible experience here with my family. The AC was broken and the room was in bad shape. I would rate it below zero if I could.

Location close to railway station is the only plus. Stayed for 2 nights. Poor service. Wifi did not work, No daily cleaning. Had to remind multiple times to clean the room. Staff at reception either not available or indifferent. Restaurant is closed. I had to go and buy coffee from nearby shop. I booked directly over phone and they charged Rs.2500 /day whereas i found online booking is cheaper by 25%. when asked some vague explanation regarding check in /check out time. Not a good experience
