Prime location with quite surrounding. Clean rooms, good customer service and flexible booking options. Regularly visiting for more than 7 years. Some rooms have a poor flushing method in toilet, like the one we got this time. Arjunan in the reception was helpful in changing our room.

If there's an option to provide a zero star rating, I would've given. The hotel fails at multiple points.1. There's limited car parking. Don't think about bringing your car during a public holiday or long weekend.2. The front and back entrance of the hotel is so congested and there's always traffic.3. You'll hear sounds of train and buses or vehicles the entire night. Pathetic sound proofing inside the room.4. The bathrooms were so bad and untidy.5. All the bedsheets and blankets are so dirty and they don't care to replace or wash. I don't know if they would ever wash.6. The showers are pathetically slow and flush sometimes doesn't work.If you can pay a few extra hundreds, you'll get a much much better hotel just nearby.
