Hotel Park Plaza

We had taken one double room and stayed one night. The room services, dealings with staff in 24 hours, complimentary breakfast etc., were excellent.Prof Dr Pramod G & Rekha PillaiKottayam, Keralam

During checkin I'm requested for the better room to family stay on 13th midnight, at 1.30 am complaint about ac not working in the room no 205 the receptionist arranged a technician to visit? Receptionist behaviour are ridiculous is he allowed some one in his bedroom at 1.30 am while staying with wife and 2kids after the 500km journey? Why we requested at time of check in?. Strongly not recommended for family stay

We didn't stay at the hotel but went here twice for drinks and a light dinner.It is lovely to sit on the rooftop, enjoy the breeze and see the lights of the city and the temple.Good selection of drinks and reasonable prices. Although only have the sweet Indian red wine - 240 INR for 187ml bottle.Vegetable spring rolls, french fries, chicken wings and chilly paneer all ok. Food nothing special but have had worse!Service ok, not overly friendly but pretty efficient.Good place to have a drink and unwind after a day in the chaos of the city.

Save yourself and don't book this hotel. Hotel doesn't provide basic things like tissue paper in the bathroom. They mention King bed and provide 2 single beds. They mention tea coffee in the room, but nothing is there. When asked they said 24 hrs room service can be ordered. Room service doesnt answer call even at 6:30am. Reception takes over 30 mins to send just water. And to top it all, Hotel staff is rude.

Pathetic Service. For 3 people hotel provides only 1 bottle of water and when asked they say it will be charged. Refill of water bottle is very unhygienic water.Staff at the reception is also pathetic and not at all helpful.They charged Rupees 4746/- and give 1 bottle as they don’t have more bottles.Don’t book this Hotel.
