Having the kitchen located nearby is a huge plus, ensuring that the food arrives hot, fresh, and full of flavor. While I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by a debate between Receptionist & a lady customer. She was staying in double occupancy by paying for 2 but only served water for 1 person. The Receptionist was adamant that 1 room is eligible for only 1 litre water irrespective of number of occupants or amount paid. I could not observe any hospitality or compassion for the customer & I am sure she will never come back.The upkeep of the rooms are pathetic. Bed linen is not clean & even torn. The rooms will not be cleaned everyday by default & you have to remind & then follow-up. It's the same with daily essentials in the room too. The breakfast will be available after 7:30 only & has limited items only. But the staff is courteous.The health valve in my room was leaking & Rest of the messages, pl check & confirmit will make you wet.However the location is a happening place

Never stay at this hotel! 3-star rating and 4+ reviews look totally fake.We booked for 2 days but checked out next morning only because of hygiene problems, bed bugs, and everything dirty. First, they charged double price for peak season. Bedsheets and comforters were all messy and not washed properly. Bathroom was not cleaned at all.When we called housekeeping, same guy was trying to clean toilet and change sheets’we had to stop him! Then at night, bed bugs didn’t let us sleep. Next morning for breakfast, cutlery looked unclean, so we ran out to eat somewhere else.Ambience and location are okay, but housekeeping and cleanliness are worst ever. Avoid this place!

Rooms are stinking, ac not working, Bathroom was dirty with lot of water stains and the tub and buckets are unclean. Further we booked for couple they provided single bed room.
