Upon arrival itself issue was there, As we were trying to go into the hotel the security said to park the car outside even though it was raining. And the food was not on time we were having busy schedule. And also the room service number was not even reachable. We contacted the room service after trying for 10 mins but they didn't bring water for check out also room service didn't come.
Stayed there for two days and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, staff were supportive, and the overall service was good. The stay was pleasant and hassle-free.
Need improvement in cleanliness.
