Attended an event in the hotel's basement. The overall experience was not great despite what was said; the banquet was okay, but the air conditioning was leaking, causing water to spread all over the floor.

The rooms are nice and the location is on the main highway. But there is a problem: if you take breakfast with the room at 250/- per person and then decide not to have breakfast, they do not refund the 250/-. Mr. Suresh, the owner, told me directly that you should inform them if you don't want breakfast, yet they still charge you 250/-. I am very disappointed with Mr. Suresh. Please confirm first before booking.
