I traveled from the US with my senior parents and stayed here for about three weeks, along with many families visiting from different parts of the country. We had a wonderful experience!The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, communicative, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service and genuine care made our extended stay comfortable and memorable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The restaurant staff and their hospitality were fabulous as well!I believe kindness and respect reflect who we are, and the entire team truly demonstrated both.Thank you for making my parents and our families feel so welcomed and cared for. It's the little acts of kindness that leave lasting memories! ❤️Highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, cleanliness, great location, excellent restaurant hospitality, and warm customer service!**

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, but when we arrived, the hotel staff refused to allow/check in all 4 adults and demanded an additional 3,000.This was extremely frustrating because the booking was already confirmed for 2 rooms. Any additional charges or restrictions regarding the number of adults should have been clearly mentioned before accepting the booking.We had to face unnecessary inconvenience after reaching the hotel. Not a good experience at all.On top of that, rainwater was coming into the room through the closed windows, which was another major inconvenience. The room condition and overall service were not up to the expected standard.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked the hotel (2 sea facing rooms) for 4 adults and 1 child thru this platform, however this platform communicated to hotel about booking of 2 rooms for 2 adults only. Hotel troubled us for more than one and half hour during check in at 10pm. we missed our dinner also. Even no one helped us to shift our luggage from car to hotel. The room were neither sea facing nor adjacent to each other as requested during booking. Also hotel did not consider our request of late check out. The overall behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional especially the Manager Mr. Srinivas Reddy. Please don't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation with family.
