Polite and cordial staffCleaning is commendable.Food quality needs improvement ment. There was disturbance due to loud speaking of other guests.

My kids feels like home .All front desk managers and reception executive are extremely polite and supportive.all staffs are extremely good.I have been using bluestone for long time . Pleasant stay always I feel and get hereAll the best wishes

This hotel require to advance in their room cleaning, breakfast and friendly behavi\of restaurant staff. Located in inner road next to highway- traffic issues in getting Uber, noisy due to highway. Some staff in reception were good, while some looks direct. In restaurant, I have got limited smiling staff, looks stressed. Training on hotel management is crucial. Hotel security guard was though nice. It closer to Neharu palace, but far from market area or happening area, choices for food and coffee.

Warning!I booked a room at Hotel BlueStone Nehru Place through Booking.com. On the same morning, the hotel staff called and requested that I pay at least half of the total stay in advance, even though this was not mentioned in my Booking.com reservation. I paid via the link they provided.When I later contacted the reception, they denied my booking, claiming all rooms were fully booked, despite my valid confirmed reservation. The hotel did not cancel the booking themselves, and they refused to take responsibility for the payment I had already made.I also contacted the manager, who referred me back to the reception. I have documentation of both the booking and the payment. Ultimately the hotel itself cancelled my reservation themselves.This experience shows that the hotel did not honor a confirmed booking and did not take responsibility for payments. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to exercise caution.

Comfortable stay and convenient location for 2 tech workshops. The rooms were clean, the conference room spacious, internet / WIFI very good and good very good. Service was excellent and very responsive, especially from Rahul and Vikrant.
