Hotel Cape House

We just visited the capehouse by looking at the pictures of swimming pool and beautifully designed space’but were highly disapointed by majorly two things’firstly the outside road was all broken..second the staff was horrible’no one even greeted..and we reached one hour before as we drived before checkin time the staff asked that why have we reached so early..thats the kind of hospitality was offers to us while we checked in..no one in the staff was At all trained to treat the guest as they charges us for a 5 star accomodation’the whole property was empty not even a sinhle room was occupied still they kept us waiting and i requested if they could upgrade us but they said no..they had a single pvr pool room on which they fetch bookings bh showing the pics but there is no pool access to rest 10 rooms..i will say they are just making fool of there guest’a property just opposiylte to them were offering the room with pool at half the price they charged’i orderderd dinner at 8 but it was serverd at 9:30..i cant say how bad that was..the dood was full of oil dripping all over..next day i ordered butter toast..they served 1 cube of butter with 4 slices of bread..so stupid of them’i dont know how they are managing it..i must say if the staff doesnt change and prices not reduced this will get closed soon.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the room to the service was perfect. The staff was warm and helpful, and the overall experience was super comfortable. Would definitely visit again!

The property was amazing and the rooms were breathtakingly beautiful..the experience was serene..it is a must visit property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rameet was an excellent host and made us feel at home. Everything was taken care of with heart

Cape House Amritsar is absolutely wonderful. The service and room area is truly exceptional. Couple moments are simply outstanding. Ranmeet Sir, the manners and language are excellent. Cape House Amritsar is a truly wonderful hotel.10 out of 10God bless youits your Brite Future’’’’’’’’

Excellent service, we asked for early checkin and they happily provided us. Abhishek helped us with easy checkin.We really loved the stay here. Staff is super friendly and property is very clean and enjoyable. Overall, i will definitely visit here again. And another special thanks to Rameet for taking care of us
