Stay Shaandaar A Boutique Stay Amritsar

What a wonderful experience it was, truly a retreat from the busy outside world. This place sets a standard even for hotels with higher prices. It surpasses many expensive properties in our area in overall service. The staff, especially Krish, and everyone else were the best I could have hoped for, making us feel at home even before arrival and always very polite and respectful. The hotel offers plenty of space, which is mostly well utilized. The food felt like home-cooked meals and consistently met the standards of healthy eating. I really can't find any faults with the hotel. I wish the owner and all staff the best for the future and would be happy to see the same team when I return. Thank you for being such gracious hosts. One suggestion would be to add an elevator, as the rooms on the first floor are excellent but hard to reach for elderly guests I was traveling with. Overall, my stay was fantastic.

The stay was fantastic. The staff were polite and friendly. The cleanliness was excellent. Customer service was very hospitable. Whenever I visit Amritsar again, this will definitely be my place to stay for comfort and tranquility.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from June 29 to July 1, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel stays we've ever had. The air conditioning was faulty, and there were daily power outages throughout our visit, making it impossible to sleep well for all three nights. Although we reported these problems several times, the staff never fixed them. Additionally, the hotel did not provide a proper GST/tax invoice. We paid expecting a comfortable stay but received neither basic amenities nor good service. Our trip was negatively impacted, and we truly felt our money was wasted. I hope the management addresses these problems seriously and improves maintenance and customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The stay was great, especially because it is situated on the main road and easy to reach by any mode of transport. The service was outstanding, and the food was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended.
