Nice hotel. It is not so clean like in Europe but for India itis very good and clean. The staff is really nice and speaks English well.

The rooms are well-equipped and a kettle/ coffee set can be requested. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and those at the restaurant serve with a smile on their faces- good hospitality. Good variety of food available at the restaurant for breakfasts and dinners (we are vegetarian). Note that check out time is 9AM.

Helpful and courteous manager/receptionist helped us with change of plans coordinating with our travel agent, taking calls etc. Room was comfortable and clean. Likewise dining room, but it was rather cold there. Heating only on after about 7 pm. Hopefully in colder weather starts earlier. Laundry service quick and efficient. Quite a long way from town centre, Bazaar, a 250 Inr taxi ride. In general very recommendable.
