The overall food quality is excellent. However, they did not offer the premium water brand Aquafina, and the Kinley water quality is quite poor. I recommend that they also provide Aquafina water.

I paid ₹3,500 per night for a 13 × 10 ft room, but the experience was disappointing and did not justify the cost. Major problems included severe dampness and peeling paint under the window from long-term water seepage, black mold and fungus on the bathroom door, walls, and corners making it unhygienic, water leakage and poor upkeep around the washbasin, exposed electrical wiring near the bed switchboard posing safety risks, unsafe and temporary-looking geyser wiring and installation, no dedicated power socket for charging devices which meant unplugging the TV every time, a very small TV more like a computer monitor that felt inadequate for the price and room category, old and poorly maintained furniture, paint, and fixtures giving a neglected look, and overall cleanliness and maintenance well below expectations. The room size and location were fine, but cleanliness, maintenance, and electrical safety need urgent improvement. At ₹3,500 per night, guests expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained room with basic amenities. I hope management renovates these rooms instead of charging high rates for subpar facilities. I cannot recommend this hotel as it is now.
