I checked out on June 18th, 2026. The room looked nice, but the service was very poor. There was no dustbin in the room, the TV was very small and often not working properly. I ordered khari with pakora, but they only gave me the gravy. When I asked where the pakora was, they seemed unsure, took back the gravy, and returned after about 30 minutes. I accidentally left my watch in the room and called them to help retrieve it, but they said it wasn't left there. I clearly remember it was there; it was an expensive Titan watch. It was just a slip of mind. From this, you can understand what kind of hotel this is. I would not recommend staying here.

Hello, I am Vivek. I stayed at your property on December 31, 2022, with my friends to celebrate the New Year. Sadly, my experience was disappointing, from the booking to the room service. We placed a food order around 8:00 PM, but it only arrived at 10:30 PM despite multiple follow-up calls, which caused significant inconvenience. My ratings are: Receptionist behavior: 1/10, Room service: 2/10. I regret giving such feedback, but I felt it necessary to share. What makes it worse is that my previous visit in March 2022 was very good, and I expected similar service this time. I hope you consider this feedback and improve the guest experience. This is the dirtiest room that I have ever visited in last 40 yearsThe whole room is trapped with fungusFungus on the walls, bathroom seat wash basin. The curtains of the room are so dirty that they haven’t been washed since last 10 years. The Hotel provided used room slippers.No toiletries, and there is no Patri to sit in the bathroom, although provided with a bucket and mugThe toilet seat is patheticThe management of the Hotel should review personally and see what they are offeringRecommendation to Agoda to de-list the Hotel immediately before it ruins their own image
