Hotel Crystals Cove

Wonderful stay, rooms were very spacious and very clean, same goes for the bathroom. All the staff at the hotel, especially the lady and gentleman at reception were very courteous and helpful. Food at the Crystal Diner restaurant is also very tasty with a comprehensive menu, and property is at prime location, in the market, walking distance to Periyar Tiger Reserve, Kathakali and Kalaripayattu centre. Will surely stay if I visit Thekkady again.

Our trip to Thekkady was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. All of us went together for an outing, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and comfortable. We stayed in a beautiful hotel that made our trip even more special. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. One thing we all especially noticed was the bathroom and room facilities’they were neat, modern, and very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing after a long day of activities.The food at the hotel was also really delicious. Every meal was prepared well, and everyone in our group enjoyed the taste and variety. It added a lot of happiness to our trip because we could enjoy good food together after exploring the area.A very special mention goes to the hotel manager, Ms. Jenifier. She was extremely kind, supportive, and professional throughout our stay. From the beginning, she took great care of our group and made sure we were comfortable in every way. She patiently explained about the local places around Thekkady and guided us on where to go and what to see.Not only that, she also helped arrange different activities for us, making sure we didn’t miss any of the exciting experiences the place had to offer. Because of her efforts, everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy each moment of the trip without any worries. She was always available whenever we needed help, and her friendly nature made us feel very welcome.Thanks to the excellent hospitality, great food, comfortable rooms, and especially the wonderful support from Ms. Jenifier, our entire group had an amazing time. I recently spent 1 nights in The crystal Cove along with several of my clients for kerala tour. Locationwise, it is easy to find and as also the malls and IT locality of thekkady on the outskirts of Kerala. The staff is courteous, rooms are spacious enough and of course sparkling clean but it varies depending on supply and demand. The ambience though is great. There are lovely reflecting green landscaping with great views. The toiletries are top of the line. The free breakfast is great. However the bake items were delicious. Perhaps for security reasons the hotel consists very good effort.The hotel is best to stay and staff assist well must stay for your luxury.
