had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience at Hotel Damson Plum during the stay of a Government of India official, where multiple officials from across India were hosted for dinner.Despite prior confirmation for a smooth check-in, the guest was made to wait unnecessarily due to rigid and uncooperative behaviour at the reception. The situation became worse during dinner when unnecessary arguments were initiated by the staff in front of guests regarding formalities. The tone and conduct were highly inappropriate and disrespectful. We came for hospitality’not confrontation.Other Major Issues:Extremely poor restaurant serviceStarters served with long delays despite repeated follow-upsBuffet was poorly managed (salad missing, rice served very late)Lack of supervision and coordination among staffUnnecessary billing confusion despite prior rate confirmationAlthough the billing was eventually corrected, the overall experience was embarrassing and far below expected standards’especially while hosting officials from across the country.’? Even more concerning is that a formal complaint was already sent via email to the hotel management, but no response has been received so far. This clearly reflects the level of customer service and accountability.As a government institution, we expect professionalism, respect, and proper service standards, which were clearly lacking.I strongly urge the management of Total Fresh Food Product Pvt. Ltd. to take this matter seriously and improve their service standards.

The hotel is good. The staff is very professional and it is located just 800 metres from Lulu mall. The rooms are spacious with road view with large glass windows. Breakfast is pretty good. There is in-room dining service as well but some may find it on the expensive side. If you are looking for a good hotel in a peaceful location and don’t mind paying a bit extra for all the amenities they offer, this is the perfect place for you.
