Hotel Deoghar Palace

Hotel Deoghar Palace has been a highly disappointing and unsafe experience. The restaurant service is extremely poor, with long delays in order pickup and even longer delays in serving food. The manager and restaurant staff seem helpless and unable to handle even basic requests.Room service is unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, the TV was damaged, and open electric wires were lying on the floor, creating a 100% risk of fire and serious safety hazards. There was also no emergency exit plan or layout displayed anywhere in the hotel, which makes the stay even more unsafe.Overall, the hotel fails to provide basic service, hygiene, or safety standards. Strongly not recommended.

Good hotel at Very Premium Location. rooms were specious and clean. Ankita Treated us very professionally and helped us in city sightseeing.

My fav place to stay when on visit to baba dham. The place is above vmart mall. Rooms are clean but the lobby looks old and a repaint is must. Our TV didn't work so they adjusted in room rent. The hotel has a restaurant at 6th floor which serves delicious food. They even make custom home style daal kichidi aaloo choka which was lip smacking.

Absolutely Terrible Experience ’ Avoid at All Costs!I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. The staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to basic guest needs. From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was bothering them just by existing.The front desk receptionist acted like I was an inconvenience, barely made eye contact, and gave me incomplete check-in information. When I asked for help with a Wi-Fi issue, I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive, ’It’s working for everyone else.’ Really?Housekeeping was inconsistent and careless. Some days the room was barely touched’trash bins still full, towels not replaced, bed half-made like someone just gave up halfway. I found hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine, which is absolutely disgusting.Room service? Nonexistent. I called multiple times during the listed hours and got no response. When I brought it up at the desk, they just shrugged and said, ’Maybe they’re busy.’To top it all off, check-out was a nightmare. I was overcharged for services I never used and had to argue with the staff for 20 minutes to get the charges removed. No apology, no accountability, just cold, robotic responses like they’ve done this many times before.This hotel is a perfect example of how poor service and lazy staff can ruin what should be a pleasant stay. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you value your time, money, or sanity.
