The amenities and facilities were terrible the property is very old and need serious renovation. Reception person not helpful AT ALL. Aircon wasn’t working electricity was not there through out the night. The management area and MD AREA had alternate electricity supply. Not worth the money at all wont go back or suggest someone. Also, bedsheets were so so dirty as if they were not been replaced for over 20 years. Terrible
Great Deal!!One of the best hotel properties in Katra. Situated in a very convenient and exotic location at the foothills of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji Shrine. The hotel has a very nice ambiance with comfortable rooms to stay. The staff is very cooperative and welcoming. The property has a parking place. Nice place to stay at Katra. The hotel has nice dining area with lot of varieity of food to enjoy.Thank you very much!!

Solo Traveller • Feb 2026Don’t be fooled by the exterior; the inside of this hotel is pathetic. We booked 7 rooms for a group of 14, and every single one was filthy. There was thick dust on the beds, tables, and cupboards, and the bathrooms were stinking upon arrival.’The amenities were non-existent for winter. Despite the freezing cold:’No Hot Water Even after "repairs," we barely got one bucket’s worth.’The heaters provided were ancient 90s-style units with only one working rod. Management’s response? "That’s just how they work," before walking away.’In one room, turning on the AC for heat released a stench like a dead animal. While 14 of us were gagging at the door, the manager stood there and claimed he "couldn't smell anything."’The staff is incredibly rude. They will literally walk away while you are mid-sentence. Save your money and your health’stay anywhere else.
