In general, I would say this hotel is a decent place to stay. The rooms are tidy and cozy, which was the main reason I picked this hotel, and they definitely met my expectations. On the downside, the hotel's location was somewhat disappointing. Being in the city, it feels quite crowded, and you have to navigate a very narrow lane that only allows one vehicle at a time to reach the hotel. Due to its urban setting, don't expect any scenic views from your room since the windows mostly face nearby buildings. The breakfast could also use improvement. Given the hotel's overall look, I anticipated a better selection, but the food was quite average and nothing stood out. One situation that could have been managed better was during check-in when it was raining. My car was parked in the rear lot, and despite asking for an umbrella at reception, none was provided. I also requested assistance from the parking area, but the security staff had already left, so no help was available. More attention to guest service in such moments would have made a big difference. Overall, the stay was okay. The comfortable rooms are definitely the hotel's highlight, but the location, average breakfast, and lack of support during a minor service request impacted the overall experience. My rating is 6.5 out of 10. If roomy accommodations are your priority, this hotel is worth considering. However, if you want scenic views, better breakfast, or more attentive service, there are superior choices.

I lost my wallet while staying here, but the staff sincerely assisted me and located it quickly. They are very helpful and trustworthy.

Poor location! Room 2003 was bad! No bill provided! Far from Dal and Lal Chowk.
