The room we got was quite different from the one shown in the pictures; the sofa and TV displayed were missing. Both the room and bathroom were not clean, with the floor feeling dirty under bare feet and the bathroom not properly cleaned. The bathroom lock was faulty, which is a basic necessity, and there was no waste bin. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up and down the stairs even for small needs, as our room was on the third floor. Parking was problematic since there is no dedicated space, and the small area in front of the hotel was often full, especially at night. While we knew the room was inexpensive at about ₹1,020 and didn't expect luxury or small amenities like bottled water or toothbrushes, basic things like cleanliness, a working bathroom lock, a functioning lift, and decent parking should be ensured. Also, the room should match the photos shown. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to these issues and the service quality needs a lot of improvement.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Bad service. Lift not working, no network on tv and a broken remote, congested room, no chair in room, no glasses to drink. I asked for a bottle of water but didn't receive. This is not how a 3 star hotel should be.
