Hotel Grand Arcasia Saket - Near PVR Anupam

The experience was extremely bad. The pictures on their website and on Makemytrip and booking.com are completely deceptive. There are serious cleanliness and room upkeep problems. When we informed the staff, they offered us an "upgrade" to a nicer room, but we decided to leave early and checked out before our planned time, even though we were told no refund would be issued. Also, all the 5-star reviews seem to be AI-generated. So, everyone, please be very cautious when reading online reviews.

I wish there was a rating below zero. I stayed here with my family. The reception staff seemed drunk and offered no service. The rooms were run-down, with large insects, caterpillars, and bed bugs all over. Don't even open the cupboard. The bathroom had many thread-like worms crawling around. Despite requests, the rooms were never cleaned. The hotel is hard to locate, and they won't assist with luggage. There is no elevator. Be cautious!

This hotel is stunning and quite pricey. I am currently visiting and the staff and the building are amazing. Maine is hotel me visit kiya aur yaha per jo anubhav mila vo mujhe kahi aur nahi mila. Yaha ka staf aur khana room any thing is very exilence. I would recommend that you visit here.

The hotel is in bad condition, and the service was very unsatisfactory. Basic things like drinking water were not provided, so I had to buy bottled water online. The night staff was impolite, seemed drunk, and didn't care much about the guests. Although I booked a room with breakfast included, I found out the hotel has no kitchen. The breakfast comes from outside and was of poor quality. Overall, my stay was very disappointing, and I would not suggest this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. There's no room service. When I called to order food, they told me to use Swiggy or Zomato instead of providing room service. I asked for cold water and waited for an hour. Then I went to the reception, and the staff said they don't have cold water and suggested I come down to fill my bottle from the RO water if I want cold water. The room was dirty, no one answered calls, and the bedsheets had cigarette holes. If management reads this, please hire new staff because no one will return to your hotel.
