I think is the best rest place in Mysore
Rooms were new, clean.Service was absolutely pathetic, and hotel was poorly managed. The serving staff have no clue what they are doing.We needed two water bottles. There was no one around. We were not told room service number. We took the bottles ourselves, we knew where they were.While checking out, we mentioned that and asked that we be billed for it. Despite that, the receptionist/bell boy was arguing that the bottles were the hotel's and we should be billed!! We said the exact same thing!Extremely slow check out because they have zero coordination. We were billed extra amount and we asked what it was for. The morning and evening staff were different. It took them 30 mins to find out what we were paying extra!Will definitely avoid this hotel in future.
Very good hotel with 2-3 star facilities for a very budget price.. restaurant is amazing with great veg food... really clean and good amenities for family..only slight concern is car parking is on the main road...
