I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. One of the first things I noticed was the cleanliness. The bedrooms were well-maintained, tidy, and fresh, making it easy to relax after a long day. The washrooms were equally clean and hygienic, with all essential amenities properly arranged and regularly maintained.The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station, which made commuting extremely easy and saved a lot of time and effort. For travelers arriving by train, this accessibility is a huge plus.The staff was courteous, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The service throughout my stay was smooth and professional, which added to the overall comfort and convenience.I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would rate my experience 10/10.

We recently celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at Hotel I.P. Palace, Conference & Banquet Hall,Lucknow on Sunday, February 8th, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience.From the planning stage to the execution, the entire process was handled very professionally. I didn’t have to follow up even once. A day before the event, all the details were proactively shared with me on WhatsApp along with the contact numbers of the Banquet Manager and Front Office Manager. The decoration video was also shared in advance to make sure we were happy with the setup. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.The event itself was managed perfectly. The food quality was excellent, the decoration was beautiful, and the staff was polite, supportive, and well-coordinated throughout. The two complimentary rooms provided were comfortable and very helpful for our family.One of the best parts was that nothing ran short at any point. Whether it was starters, the main course, or sweets, everything was available till the end without any reminders from our side.The only area that could be improved is the DJ setup. The system felt a bit outdated, and the operator seemed to lack experience. Apart from this, everything else was flawless.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely consider Hotel I.P. Palace for our future events. We would also happily recommend it to our friends and family.Special thanks to Mr. Rohit for his support and for making our parents’ golden anniversary truly special and memorable.Thanks Again.

Rudely behaviour.Booked through Make my trip but not provide room. My train was late so reach late but given to other person after paid booking. After many debates and worst behaviour from front desk getting refund. But this is worst experience. On 2 AM where I find good hotel?My cab fare also lost.I was harashed mentally as well as my time also waste.So don't book this hotel through MAKEMY Trip. it's Customer care executive also not hearing the issue and cut the line.Worst service of Makemy Trip also.

Rooms are clean with 24 hrs hot water. We booked it twice and stayed in 4 different rooms.(4 people ) 3 rooms were good with no complaints. 1 room had some isue like no or slow water and some sound like rats. (This is the very first room on ground floor) Otherwise overall it had nothing to complain about it. They are renovating the hotel again (which can be addtitional plus point). Owner is helpful. I don't have photos but photos seen on Google are exactly same as rooms so nothing to worry about.Charbagh chourah is close and walkable to hotel, from where you get shared toto (auto) to aminabad in 20 rs or 15 rs per seat. 30 rs to bada imamwada and 30 rs to ambedkar memorial park, 20 rs to chowk etc.

Customer service and room service is very poor. They provided food in the room, but didn't remove the utensils despite calling several times. Staff at the reception are very unwelcoming. A highly "i don't care " attitude. Fan regulator was not working, told them to repair but they didn't got repaired. Only at checkout they smiled and asked to review the hotel.
