All was flawless and the food tasted great 😋

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable considering the amount charged for the room. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its location near Laxman Jhula and the gallery/view. Apart from that, the room condition, food, service, maintenance, and staff response were all far below even basic hotel standards.Since the morning, our room was not properly cleaned and was extremely dusty. The air conditioner was not working, and the geyser was also non-functional. Because there was no hot water, we were forced to take a bath using cold water. We reported these issues to the hotel staff, but no proper action was taken throughout the day.When we returned to the hotel at night, the same problems were still unresolved. After repeated complaints, we were finally shifted to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was also poorly maintained and had similar issues. Even the television was simply placed on a table in such a position that it could not be watched comfortably from the bed. the response from the staff was careless, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality. We paid a high price expecting a clean, functional, and comfortable room, but the hotel failed to provide even the most basic facilities.This hotel appears to be charging guests primarily for its location, while the actual room quality and service do not justify the price at all. This caused us significant inconvenience, discomfort, and frustration during our stay.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Ishan. The only positive point is its location near Laxman Jhula and the gallery/view. Apart from that, the service was extremely poor, the staff response was unprofessional, and the food quality was bad.The rooms were not properly maintained and did not justify the high price charged by the hotel. Basic cleanliness, room condition, service quality, and guest support all need serious improvement.In my experience, this hotel is charging mainly for the location, not for the quality or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here only because it is near Laxman Jhula. Please read recent genuine guest reviews carefully before booking, as there are much better options available in Rishikesh at this price.Those who have added review , it's not even right

My stay at Hotel Ishan was quite disappointing. The only good aspect was its proximity to Laxman Jhula and the nice view. Otherwise, the service was very poor, the staff behaved unprofessionally, and the food was of low quality. The rooms were not well maintained and did not match the high rates charged. Cleanliness, room condition, service, and guest support all require significant improvement. It seems the hotel mainly charges for its location rather than quality or hospitality. I wouldn't suggest staying here just because it's near Laxman Jhula. Please check recent genuine reviews carefully before booking, as there are much better options in Rishikesh at this price. Also, some posted reviews don't seem accurate.

Everything is wonderful and flawless — the view, atmosphere, staff, and service. The staff is excellent and service is prompt. The view is stunning, and their rooftop is spacious and clean. The best thing is that this hotel welcomes pets. They treated our Shih Tzu very well. There's even a calm and affectionate street dog named Aooli. Other street dogs sleep outside peacefully without causing any trouble. We really appreciated their love for animals. However, I give 1 star because they overcharged for raw paneer we ordered for our pet — 8 small pieces, about 100 grams, cost 150 INR, which is quite expensive for raw paneer. Their paneer tikka was cheaper than this raw paneer. Overall, the experience was good. If someone is spending this much on a trip, it doesn't mean they can't afford paneer, but tourists shouldn't be taken advantage of unnecessarily.
