Hotel JK palace

Room ac was without remote.Tv without remote.Lack of staff.Ac water outlet was leaking.After complaining they changed the room at 11.30 pm.Not worth price they charge.

Very poor experience at Hotel JK Palace, Prayagraj.The service is extremely bad and disappointing. There is no proper staff support, and no one is available to listen to guest concerns. Once you enter the hotel, you are completely on your own ’ no guidance, no assistance, and no hospitality at all.Overall, it does not feel like a hotel stay but a self-service place with zero accountability. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic service or comfort.

Hotel JK Palace in Civil Lines stands out for its beautiful, modern rooms that are spacious and well-furnished, offering a comfortable aesthetic that appeals to leisure and business travelers alike. The dining experience is another highlight, with the hotel serving good food that guests consistently appreciate for its taste and quality. However, the hospitality aspect lags behind the infrastructure, as the service needs improvement; the staff can be quite lazy and slow to respond to requests, which often diminishes the overall quality of the stay.

The rooms are clean and look just like the photos on google. Location is good, shopping and eating areas at walkable distance.

Hotel is pathetic and Cleanliness is below par. I was charged for complementary breakfast which was already included in the booking. They will serve you breakfast in the room and then they will charge you for water as well. I would say avoid. No space for parking and there was no water for shower.
