Cleaning staff entered without my concern and my all belonging was opened even bags and everything I have done the complain but there is no action very shame full and there is no privicy for couple

Room ac was without remote.Tv without remote.Lack of staff.Ac water outlet was leaking.After complaining they changed the room at 11.30 pm.Not worth price they charge.

Very poor experience at Hotel JK Palace, Prayagraj.The service is extremely bad and disappointing. There is no proper staff support, and no one is available to listen to guest concerns. Once you enter the hotel, you are completely on your own ’ no guidance, no assistance, and no hospitality at all.Overall, it does not feel like a hotel stay but a self-service place with zero accountability. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic service or comfort.

The rooms are clean and look just like the photos on google. Location is good, shopping and eating areas at walkable distance.
