The rooms are nice and in good location but we had two bad experiences. One of the rooms had pungent smell immediately after checking in which was fixed subsequently and the flush didn't function well in the other room. I had expected better from them.
Lots of reason I didn't recommend to anyone- single staff managed- No response for last 2 days if this single staff is going for lunch/break- request for half n hour late check out which didn't allowed by that staff- requested for water when check out but very bluntly replied by staff we don't provide water on check out day....but don't for what reason he provided water lateron - very limited 2-3 breakfast that also not like buffet..it's limited one time- after cleaning they didn't kept fresh towel and body wash and body lotion also not provided- if it's managed by Agoda they should make sure all fresh towel, napkin ke provided along with shampoo, body wash and body lotion
