Staff Members including Rajni Mishra Ji , Hina Ansari Ji were very co-operative . Soni Ji was also helpful . We had a pleasant stay . The Geyser in our room was not working , so make sure whether the Geyser is functional before you check - in . A slope like structure at the entrance should be improved , because it is difficult to walk on it and drag luggage on it . Overall , we had a pleasant experience at this hotel .

The entire staff was very helpful and co-operative . All the members including Soni Ji , Hina Ansari Ji , Rajni Mishra Ji were polite and helpful . The hotel even has an elevator so clients can use it for themselves and even heavy luggage can be transported through it . The geyser in our room wasn't working but the staff gave us buckets of hot water whenever we asked for it , which was very nice of them . So , when you check - in , just make sure that the Geyser in your room is functional . Overall , the hotel had very nice interiors and ambience . The hotel turned out to be just like it's pictures uploaded on the internet . The slope like structure at the entrance of the hotel needs to be made smooth because it's a little dangerous to walk on and dragging luggage on it becomes difficult . They refuse to give soap bars , but have dispensing bottles installed , so remember to carry your own soap bars . They provide towels .All -in-all , we had a very pleasant stay .

No cleanliness, no water- water bottle had to be asked they did offer water next day, only 1 towel was provided for 2 people we stayed there for 3 days and no toiletries offered body was liquid was not filled had to use our own soap bar

Room was new but lacked facility including towels and toiletries .. charming plus location not suitable and no side table available . Bed size small
