Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to bring to your attention that the cleanliness of the room provided to me was not satisfactory. The bed sheets and blankets were not clean, the bathroom was unhygienic, and the towels were also dirty. Additionally, the furniture and floor were not properly cleaned.Due to these issues, my stay was uncomfortable. Overall good experience, one small suggestion to have separate water heater in each room.I stayed in 209 room which has common water heater, facing hot water issue. Has to call reception

Hotel is situated at a walking distance from Railway station. There are plenty of rooms available with different price options.Rooms are bit old but clean .You can book if you are staying for one night near station.Better to book directly as online prices are high.

It's a very congested place. Rooms are not clean. Room service staff is not efficient. Service not good. Also not good for one night. Rooms are too small. Reception staff was rude. Lift was near the kitchen and we went there from a very congested pathway. It's a horrible experience. Pls never try it. Room also doesn't have a bottle of water. People are smoking in the corridor. Pls boycott this location.

From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and with genuine hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping ensured everything was spotless every day.Food quality was also impressive. The restaurant served both local and continental options, and every meal was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the traditional North Indian dishes.What really stood out for me was the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff. They made me feel at home throughout my stay.Overall, this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Allahabad and will definitely stay here again in the future.
