We just wanted to stay a night and they did accommodate us even when we wanted a room to change for free later but there were so many people that came in to smoke, drink and do stuff so not a family or child friendly place... the rooms smelled a lot and the blankets not so worth it... it had a boys hostel next to it and so that was also a little off for all girls group. Except for that they did help but you had to call A LOT
