Hotel Lavanya Heritage

Very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms ’ one room was good, but the second room was in very poor condition. The washroom had a serious issue as water kept collecting on the floor. Even after informing the staff multiple times, the issue was not resolved until they finally changed the room.The bucket and mug in the washroom were extremely dirty. We also asked for drinking water, and when the jug was opened, we found 2’3 dead insects inside, which was very unhygienic and unacceptable.When we asked for a doormat, we were told that none were available. Basic cleanliness and facilities were clearly lacking.The only positive point is the location. Apart from that, the management seriously needs to improve hygiene, maintenance, and overall service.

I stayed at Hotel Lavanya Heritage for four days and had a very comfortable experience. There were no issues during my stay, and everything was well managed. The staff, manager, and owners were polite, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even better. The room was exactly the same as shown at the time of booking ,clean, well maintained, and as promised, with no surprises. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed at the hotel right beside Sindhi Camp Jaipur bus stand. It was a quick stay as I had to board an early bus and stayed only for a few hours. The experience was satisfactory. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the market, with shopping, transport, and other essentials nearby. The staff was helpful. The room and bathroom were decent and well maintained. Overall, a good option for a short and quick stay

All was good. The reception guy was outstanding. The room service regarding food has to be improved and more trained staff needs to be hired. Overall everything was perfect. Thanks to the gentlemen in the reception "sorry could not remember his name".

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Lavanya Heritage. I had booked suite room. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. A special mention goes to Mr. Golu at the reception, who was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. His assistance made the experience smooth and hassle-free.The hotel’s location is both a plus and a minor drawback. On one hand, the bus stand and frequent buses right outside the hotel can cause a bit of disturbance, which is the only downside I noticed. On the other hand, the property is very close to popular spots like Rawat Kachori and Bhagat Misthan Bhandar, making it easy to enjoy some of the best local food without traveling far.Overall, a very good stay with excellent staff support. Would definitely recommend it!
