Hotel Lotus

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lotus in Balewadi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite and cooperative. The location right beside Amer Tech Park makes it super convenient. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. The hotel lacks even basic hospitality services. There was no room cleaning during the stay, no breakfast facility as promised, and the overall maintenance was poor. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. Communication was unsatisfactory, and guest concerns were not handled properly. Overall, the stay was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their service quality and customer care.

Pictures shown are a lie; there is no lift, and the rooms have broken doors. The bathrooms don't lock either. I had to attend an interview and wanted to leave my bag, but i couldn't lock the door at all. When i pointed this to the staff they said they can't do anything and i couldn't risk leaving my bag and laptop and i had to carry it to the office. The room i stayed was not cleaned at all. It had hair all over the place including on the bed. The pillow covers were so dirty, i should call them yellow covers. I landed early in the morning Pune and i had to use the washroom to ready for the interview, so i just used the washroom and checked out. I was planning to extend my stay, but I had to check out, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they acted like they didn't care.

It was a horrible experience there I’ve checked into the room and I saw their pairs. All the stained bedsheets with transparent curtains, and the washroom is made out of a glass top so it’s not covered entirely so the washroom smell comes to the room and the room remains mostly moist. It was something that I couldn’t define through the words, but it was bad. They say that they sorted was built in 2026, but it doesn’t look like one. The staff change the bedsheets and everything they were cooperative, but I think they should have done it before the check-in and everything and after changing the bedsheet as well, I was not able to be comfortable in the room so I checked out on the same day I booked the hotel for four days and five nights, but I checked out because there was no vibe of staying in the hotel and I also didn’t get any refund, but you will find way more cheaper hotels and better hotels than this. It’s just like the area of the location where this order it’s located is expensive that’s the reason this price looks attractive for those Hotel and Yash don’t go for the pictures that they have uploaded. The rooms are very small very blonde and that room just had a single bulb and that’s the reason it was looking so off. You may find a better hotel at better price try some different locations as well.
