I booked a suite room and a family room both with refrigerator, rocking chair and kettle which were shown in the photo but all the three were absent in both the rooms the showed when I entered the hotel. I requested the receptionist to provide me atleast fridge in both rooms as my father carried insulin with him and I have a small child with me i asked to change the room and provide me the one as shown in photo to which they replied only one room can be given with a fridge at this time and other one will be given the next day so I took the family room with fridge for my father and the suite was without fridge.Next day they didn't changed the suite room and we found ants on the bed in our room for which we complaint so they provided us a deluxe room for the night. Next day our room was cleaned when we came in the evening but was not changed. Neither the kettle nor the fridge was provided in my suite room during the whole stay. The room no. was 301 neither it had fridge nor kettle and it also had ant problem. Family room we got was 201 it was very good and was same as shown in photo neither it had ant problem.
