Hotel Nirvana

My stay at Hotel Nirvana, Guwahati was a truly pleasant experience.Special thanks to the Office Manager Dipanchy Kalita and Operations Manager Rajendra Kumar Rajan for their professionalism and smooth management. The front office team Dhruba, Rikash and Rohini were welcoming and always helpful. Appreciation also goes to the service staff Raj, Ankita and Manika for their prompt and attentive care.A wonderful team that made my stay comfortable and memorable.Highly recommended!

We booked three rooms at Hotel Nirvana, Guwahati through MakeMyTrip and stayed from 5th January to 8th January. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing, with a few positives and some areas for improvement.The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was kind enough to assist us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We had requested to convert the twin beds into king-size beds. While they accommodated this request for one room, they refused to make the change for the other two rooms, even after we requested that at least two out of three rooms be modified. This was a bit disappointing.The rooms were very good, the beds were comfortable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was well maintained. The location of the hotel is also a major plus’centrally located and very convenient.The breakfast was good in taste, presentation, and preparation, though about 90% of the items were repetitive each day. Despite this, the quality remained consistent.One area where we felt let down was the restaurant service. On the night of 5th January, we arrived for dinner around 10:15 PM and requested that tandoori rotis be served one by one instead of all at once. However, they were served together, and our request was declined without much flexibility. After this experience, we chose not to dine at the hotel restaurant again and only opted for the breakfast included with our stay.Overall, the stay was pleasant, rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is well located. With a little more flexibility and attentiveness in restaurant service, Hotel Nirvana could offer an even better guest experience.

Excellent stay, feels more like a 5-star hotel.We stayed for 1 night (family of 4, two twin bedrooms) and had a very impressive experience.Very convenient location near the railway station, with several good restaurants nearby.The property is extremely clean and well maintained ’ top-notch in all aspects.Staff was welcoming and courteous.Overall, the stay felt more like a 5-star experience than a 3-star hotel. Comfortable, clean, and very well managed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guwahati.
