Greenwood Resort is one of the nicest places around Guwahati for a relaxed day out. The expansive grounds are beautifully maintained, making it ideal for a leisurely walk, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying the outdoors. It's also one of the few places where you can comfortably bring your dog and enjoy the open spaces.The hospitality is warm and welcoming. The team at Bagan Caf??, in particular, are wonderful’friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. Across the property, the staff are engaged and eager to help, although some areas would benefit from additional training. At Bakul, for instance, a little more confidence with guest guidance and service flow would make the experience feel more polished.The food and caf??s are enjoyable, but I do feel the pricing is slightly on the higher side for the quality and consistency currently offered. With a few refinements to both the menu and service, the dining experience could better match the resort's beautiful setting.Overall, Greenwood Resort remains one of the best places for a peaceful outing close to Guwahati. Whether you're looking for a quiet afternoon, a meal in pleasant surroundings, or a walk through well-kept gardens, it's well worth a visit.

Extremely disappointing experience at Greenwood Resort. We visited the property to explore it as a potential venue for our engagement ceremony, but the service we received was completely unacceptable.Upon arrival, the reception staff asked us to wait, which was understandable at first. However, the wait became excessively long, and nobody bothered to update us or assist us. We had to repeatedly approach the reception desk ourselves just to get a response. Even then, there was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or courtesy.For a venue that expects customers to trust them with important life events, this level of service is shocking. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, Greenwood Resort failed miserably in that regard. The staff seriously need training in customer service, communication, and basic hospitality etiquette.If this is how prospective clients are treated, it’s no surprise that the resort may continue to lose business. We left feeling ignored, frustrated, and disappointed. Definitely not the experience one expects when considering a venue for a special occasion.

Had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was warm and inviting, and the food exceeded expectations. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Stefini , who made our visit truly memorable with his friendly attitude and attentive service. He ensured everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff overall were courteous and professional, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and excellent hospitality. Definitely a place I’ll visit again soon!
