My experience was very disappointing. Although I had booked and paid online, the hotel refused to let me check in and kept asking for additional payment. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I reached out to OYO customer support hoping for a solution, but they were also unhelpful. Both the hotel staff and support team handled the situation poorly. This has greatly reduced my trust in OYO. Instead of assisting customers, they failed to provide even basic help. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and reconsidering booking through OYO. It was one of the worst hotel and customer service experiences I've had.

One of the worst experience. I stayed there for 2 days and for the entire duration water supply was not there, they will provide you water in bucket. Mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. Only satisfying thing was AC in the room.
