The reception staff behaved terribly. We were refused entry with the excuse that bachelors are not allowed, even though this rule was not stated on the website. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to explain the real reason for denying us entry. This is a very poor way to handle the situation. I would give zero stars if possible. Warning: Avoid this place if you're coming with friends or family.
