More disturbingly, the room was infested with termites and cockroaches. The bedsheets and blankets were visibly dirty, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean.’Staff & Service:The staff behavior was the most disappointing part of the stay. They treat customers with zero respect, acting as if they are doing you a favor. Their responsibility ends the moment they receive your money. Once paid, they become unhelpful, unfriendly, and dismissive of any complaints.’Policies & Pricing:The hotel is extremely rigid and greedy regarding checkout times. Even one minute past 11:00 AM results in exorbitant extra charges. Given the abysmal state of the property and the poor service, this place is not worth more than ’500. We paid much more and felt completely cheated.’Final Verdict:Do not come here. The management needs to prioritize basic hygiene and conduct urgent staff training. Worst Staying Experience of My Life – Don’t Go There I stayed at South O Fern Hotel from 15th November to 16th November, and it was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. Right from the beginning, the staff behaviour was extremely rude. Despite having a confirmed booking, they denied my entry and even asked me to cancel the booking, which was non-refundable. They openly said there were no rooms available, and even made unprofessional remarks like “Who told you to book from the internet and make online payment?” Such behaviour from hotel staff is unacceptable. After a long argument, I finally got a room, but the condition was far below basic standards. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned before allotment. The bathroom lock was broken, so I had to use the washroom without being able to lock the door. The room itself had potential, but proper cleanliness and maintenance were completely missing. Overall, this was my worst hotel experience ever. I strongly advise others not to stay here, as both service and hygiene are extremely poor.
