The hotel features a beautiful design that reflects its heritage. The location is excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the service was outstanding, making our stay in the pink city unforgettable.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Booking - How is this linked to FabHotels when they deny online bookings from the official FabHotels website? Room - The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. It resembled a cheap motel. The worst part was a mouse in my room that woke me up at night and climbed onto my bed. I tried to reach reception but no one was there. I even have a video in case they try to deny it. Service - No toiletries provided, not even basic handwash. No soaps initially; when I asked, they gave me one soap. They refused to give a water bottle. No telephone or fan in the room. The air conditioner was leaking. No breakfast service or covered parking available. Avoid hotels like this. I urge FabHotels to maintain basic hygiene and quality standards or risk losing credibility. I've stayed at FabHotels in Gurgaon at similar or lower prices with excellent service and hygiene.

I booked Hotel Tordi Haveli via FabHotels with advance payment. When I arrived at check-in time (12 PM), the hotel staff initially said the rooms wouldn't be ready until 7 PM, then later claimed they had no record of my booking. The FabHotels representative disappeared, ignoring my calls and messages, and their helpline kept transferring me without providing assistance. We were left stranded, and my advance payment has not been refunded. Both FabHotels and the hotel showed completely unreliable service.

The worst place I've stayed at, with poor communication, no problem-solving, misleading info on third-party sites, no breakfast, dirty rooms, inadequate staff, disorganized management, and no swimming pool.
