The front office staff was unwelcoming and looked tired. I was given a room that did not look similar to that of the picture shown on ixigo website and app. I asked the staff regarding this and he said the photos are taken long back when the hotel was new. The ac was not working. After repeated complaints and a bit impolite tone only they gave us a remote. The remote was not working. Then I complained again. Now they gave another remote for the ac but this time the ac was not cooling at all. At last they shifted me to another room. No room had a towel and toiletries except hand wash. Room walls were damp at places. Cleanliness of the bed and blanket was not satisfactory at all. Overall it was a nasty experience
